Product Description
Hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose is a non-ionic cellulose ether prepared from natural polymer material through a series of chemical processing. It contains almost all the properties of methyl cellulose and is your preferred additive for producing good quality building materials. In order to meet the needs of green environmental protection, our products have the characteristics of high water retention, good dispersion, good fineness and convenient dissolution. It is suitable for dry mortar building materials, interior and exterior wall water resistant putty powder, binder, caulking agent, interface agent, water-based paint, self-leveling agent and other new building materials. Cellulose ether is an indispensable additive in the production of building materials.
Adding HPMC improves the following performance:
1. Water retention ---- increase water retention, improve cement, gypsum building materials too fast drying and insufficient hydration caused by poor hardening, cracking and other phenomena:
2. Cohesiveness ---- due to the improvement of mortar plasticity, so that it can better bond the substrate and bonded material;

Packing and storage:
It is recommended to store in a cool and dry place for six months, please use as early as possible in summer, if stored in a hot and humid place, it will increase the chance of caking, and please use as much as possible after opening the bag, otherwise it is necessary to seal the mouth of the bag to avoid absorbing moisture from the air.
